REQUIREMENTS:

Min. 1 year of experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing
Experienced in sourcing, coordinating, and briefing micro, macro, and mega KOLs
Creative in developing content ideas for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
Experienced in content review, negotiation, and campaign performance analysis
Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills
Proactive in exploring new content trends and KOL opportunities

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Research, shortlist, and manage KOL partnerships based on brand needs
Develop campaign briefs, content ideas, scripts, and KOL guidelines
Negotiate rates, deliverables, timelines, and campaign agreements
Coordinate KOL content production and review content before publication
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to execute campaigns
Monitor and analyze KOL campaign performance
