* Minimum 2–3 years experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing, preferably in a digital creative agency
* Experienced in handling KOL campaigns for multiple brands/clients
* Able to develop strategic KOL campaign proposals and campaign decks
* Strong understanding of KOL landscape, social media trends, and campaign strategy
* Experienced in KOL sourcing, negotiation, briefing, execution, and reporting
* Able to create KOL mapping, campaign strategy, and KOL recommendations based on campaign objectives
* Able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
* Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
* Strong presentation skills and able to present campaign ideas/decks to clients
