Job Description
- Develop and execute monthly KOL strategies, including KOL tiering (Mega, Macro, Micro, and Nano) and creating clear content briefs to guide KOL communication and messaging within the videos.
- Lead and manage the KOL Specialist team, including task delegation, performance monitoring, coaching, and team development.
- Lead the team in achieving KOL campaign KPIs and budget targets in line with revenue objectives and overall brand goals.
- Analyze KOL and campaign performance, including campaign ROI, to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with KOLs, particularly Mega and Celebrity KOLs.
- Oversee KOL contract negotiations, campaign briefs, and content execution to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Conduct social media and competitor trend research to identify new opportunities for KOL collaborations and campaign innovation.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, KOL Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing KOL campaigns, preferably within the beauty industry, with a strong understanding of beauty brand trends and market dynamics.
- Strong knowledge of influencer marketing strategies, budget planning, and campaign ROI analysis.
- Familiar with major e-commerce and digital platforms, particularly TikTok, Instagram, and Shopee
- Creative and capable of developing engaging and effective KOL content briefs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate campaign performance, interpret KOL campaign data, and develop comprehensive performance reports
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team performance.
- Highly adaptable to rapidly changing social media trends and consumer behavior.
- Experienced in building and maintaining strong relationships with KOLs across various tiers, particularly Mega and Celebrity KOLs.
