KOL SPECIALIST
JOB SPECIFICATION
- Research and identify KOLs/influencers aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
- Observe social media trends, audience behavior, and industry insights to develop relevant campaign ideas.
- Develop campaign concepts, storytelling, and content direction based on research insights.
- Coordinate with KOLs during execution and ensure deliverables are on time.
- Manage campaign budgets to achieve targeted results.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, translating insights into recommendations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields
- Experience in KOL, influencer marketing, digital marketing, or related positions is a plus
- Strong observational, research, and analytical skills, with solid understanding of the influencer ecosystem and social media trends
- Creative thinker who enjoys exploring ideas from different perspectives
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
- Curious, proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented
- Writing, copywriting, or storytelling background is a plus
- Based in Bandung is preferred
