Job description for KOL Specialist at PT STELLARIS TECHNOLOGY INDONESIA

Job Description

Source and recruit KOLs, affiliates, and creators that fit our jewelry brand.
Manage TikTok Shop Affiliate and Yellow Cart campaigns.
Negotiate collaboration terms, commissions, and deliverables.
Coordinate product seeding and creator partnerships.
Monitor content posting and campaign execution.
Track campaign performance, including GMV, orders, and conversion rates.
Build and maintain relationships with creators and affiliates.
Prepare campaign performance reports and improvement recommendations.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in KOL Management, Affiliate Marketing, or Influencer Marketing.
Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop Affiliate and Yellow Cart is a must.
Proven experience in driving GMV, orders, and sales through creator or affiliate campaigns.
Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and social commerce trends.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience in jewelry, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
