Job description for KOL Specialist at PT. Mazta Farma
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in managing KOL or influencer marketing
• Have a huge KOL database concentrating in health and beauty industry
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Strong intuition to choose the right KOL for certain campaigns
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and influencer trends
• Analytical skills to evaluate campaign performances and ROI
• Extensive connections with KOL in the health and beauty industry would be a plus point
Job Descriptions:
• Indentify and establish relationship with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) relevant to the brand and campaigns
• Manage and monitor KOL partnerships/Community to ensure collaborations run smoothly
• Analyze campaign performance and provide detailed reports
• Develop effective KOL strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement
