Job description for KOL Specialist at Agensi Anak Bangsa
We're looking for a KOL Specialist who's already hands-on in influencer marketing — someone who understands TikTok & Instagram trends, knows how to approach creators, and can run a campaign from brief to results.
What You'll Do
- Source and reach out to relevant KOLs/creators
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators
- Manage campaigns end-to-end: briefing, execution, evaluation
- Monitor campaigns and ensure deliverables match the brief
- Negotiate KOL rates and deliverables
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Report on campaign results
Who We're Looking For
- Min. 1 year experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing or Talent Management
- Strong understanding of TikTok & Instagram trends and content performance
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Able to manage multiple campaigns end-to-end
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under deadlines
- Plus: experience negotiating KOL rates and deliverables
