We are a rapidly growing Chinese beauty FMCG company expanding our business operations in Indonesia and we are looking for a Creator/KOL Management professional to build and scale a high-performing creator portfolio that drives measurable GMV & ROI.
Responsibility:
- Source, recruit, and manage a high volume of creators across tiers and categories.
- Identify creators based on sales potential, audience fit, content quality, and ROI—not just followers.
- Negotiate rates, commissions, deliverables, and long-term partnerships.
- Match the right creators with the right products to maximize conversion.
- Monitor GMV, ROI, conversion, cost efficiency, and creator productivity.
- Scale high-performing creators and optimize or discontinue underperforming collaborations.
- Test new creators, products, content angles, and collaboration models.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve creator investment efficiency.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in KOL/Creator Management, Affiliate, or Business Development.
- Experienced in managing a high volume of creators/KOLs.
- Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working with GMV, ROI, conversion, and performance metrics.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in beauty/skincare is preferred.
- Experience with TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, live commerce, or e-commerce is a strong advantage
