WE’RE HIRING — KOL SPECIALIST
PT Beautymax Essential Indonesia is looking for Full-Time team members to join our team at our new office in Season City, West Jakarta.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify, select, and build relationships with KOLs/Influencers that align with our target audience and brand.
2. Manage KOL collaborations from briefing to campaign execution.
3. Negotiate rates and coordinate campaign requirements with KOLs.
4. Monitor KOL performance and prepare campaign reports.
5. Develop and maintain a KOL database for future campaigns.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing or a related position.
2. Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and current social media trends.
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
4. Active, creative, detail-oriented, and target-oriented.
5. Existing KOL/Influencer networks are a plus.
