Job description for KOL Specialist at Felaufeẽ
This is a full-time role for a KOL Specialist located in Sunter, Jakarta. As our KOL Specialist you will be working directly with our CEO & Founder, gaining hands-on mentorship and strategic direction while playing a key role in scaling our influencer and affiliate ecosystem.
Job Description
- Identify, approach, and recruit relevant KOLs
- Build, maintain, and nurture long-term relationships with KOLs
- Manage end-to-end KOL campaign execution: briefing, negotiation, content review, posting schedule, and performance reporting
- Develop creative campaign angles and short-form video concepts tailored to each KOL’s audience
- Coordinate closely with internal creative and marketing teams
- Manage the sampling product delivery process with warehouse team
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of working experience as an KOL and/or Affiliate Specialist in related field
- Excellent in building relationship, collaborate with stakeholder, and managing external relation.
- Highly organized, responsible, and proactive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus
- Willing to Work From Office (Sunter, Jakarta Utara)
