Job Description
- Plan and execute influencer/KOL campaigns in line with brand and campaign objectives.
- Conduct research, sourcing, and mapping of KOLs based on target audience, platform suitability, engagement rate, and campaign budget.
- Manage outreach, negotiations, and relationship building with KOLs, talent managers, and agencies.
- Coordinate the end-to-end KOL collaboration process, including briefing, contracting, content approval, posting schedules, and payment administration.
- Ensure all KOL deliverables are completed according to campaign requirements, timelines, and KPIs.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with Strategy, Creative, Account Management, and Project teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Maintain and update the KOL database, including performance records and campaign history.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging influencers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, KOL Management, Talent Management, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate influencer performance using engagement, reach, views, and other relevant metrics.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
