Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development (Influencer) professional based in Bekasi, with some work from home flexibility. The role involves identifying and engaging new influencer partnerships, managing relationships with influencers, executing influencer marketing campaigns, and ensuring successful campaign outcomes. Additional responsibilities include strategizing effective social media marketing plans and contributing to public relations and sales efforts to drive the agency's growth.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Public Relations
- Proven experience in Influencer Marketing and Social Media Marketing
- Demonstrated success in Sales and business development
- Excellent relationship management and networking skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
- Experience in the marketing or creative industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
