Qualifications
1. Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a KOL Specialist, Influencer Marketing Specialist, Affiliate Specialist, or in a similar role.
- Experienced in identifying, reaching out to, and building partnerships with KOLs, influencers, affiliate and content creators.
- Experience in e-commerce, gadgets, electronics, or lifestyle products is preferred.
2. Skills and Responsibilities
- Able to research and select KOLs/content creators/affiliate who align with the company's target market and business needs.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Able to develop and execute KOL campaign strategies, from planning to evaluation.
- Able to monitor campaign performance using metrics such as reach, engagement, views, clicks, and sales.
- Experienced in following up with partners and managing multiple KOL collaborations simultaneously.
- Able to prepare campaign performance reports and conduct evaluations to improve promotional effectiveness.
- Familiar with social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram, as well as affiliate programs, is a plus.
3. Personal Qualities
- Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and equipped with strong problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong analytical and data management skills.
