Job Description (Key Responsibilities)
- Research and select KOLs/influencers that fit the target audience and brand image.
- Prepare and negotiate collaboration terms (contracts, rates, deliverables) with KOLs/influencers or their agencies.
- Coordinate content briefs for KOLs to ensure alignment with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
- Monitor content production and publication by KOLs according to the agreed timeline.
- Analyze KOL campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversion) and prepare evaluation reports.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with the KOL/influencer community and talent management.
- Keep up to date with KOL marketing trends and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Coordinate with the digital marketing/advertising team to align overall campaign strategy.
Job Specification (Qualifications)
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in influencer/KOL management or digital marketing.
- Existing network/relationships with KOLs, content creators, or talent management agencies is a plus.
- Understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and their performance metrics.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Creative, up to date with current trends, and able to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented in managing collaboration contracts, timelines, and campaign budgets.
