About the role
We are seeking a talented and driven KOL Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing & Communications team at PT Mivi Kaco Global. In this full-time role based in Grogol Petamburan Jakarta, you will be responsible for developing and implementing successful influencer marketing strategies to promote our brand and products.
What you'll be doing
Researching, identifying and building relationships with the most relevant and impactful KOLs across various industries
Developing compelling influencer marketing campaigns to achieve specific marketing and business objectives
Collect different KOLs' information and updating company KOL database.
Negotiating contracts and managing collaborations with KOLs to ensure successful campaign execution (incl. invoicing, samples, storyboard, video draft, etc)
Monitoring and analysing campaign performance, providing insightful reports and recommendations for optimisation
Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices and regulations in the influencer marketing landscape
Collaborating cross-functionally with the broader marketing and creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns
What we're looking for
At least 3 years of proven experience in influencer marketing, preferably within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
Highly Proficient in English (speak and write). Proficient in Chinese (speak and write) is preferred
Strong understanding of the Indonesian influencer landscape and the ability to identify high-performing KOLs
Have many relation and Contacts of KOLs from different categories
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and manage relationships with KOLs
Analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure and optimise influencer marketing campaigns
Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer marketing tools
A creative flair and the ability to conceptualise and execute engaging influencer-led content
Proactive and detail-oriented with strong project management skills
Good Negotiation Skill
