Job description for KOL Specialist at Pt Creatorz Media Network
We are looking for a skilled and experienced KOL Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing and organizing influencer campaigns from concept to execution. You will work closely with the business team and influencers to ensure that each campaign runs smoothly and meets its objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Organize influencer campaigns from start to finish.
- Coordinate communication between influencers and internal teams to ensure alignment on vision and strategy.
- Monitor campaign performance regularly and adjust strategies as needed to ensure optimal results.
- Manage contracts and agreements with influencers, including negotiating fees and terms of work.
- Prepare detailed campaign performance reports, including ROI analysis and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Oversee campaign logistics and operations, including product shipments and event arrangements if necessary.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in influencer marketing to ensure campaigns remain relevant and innovative.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in managing digital campaigns, particularly those involving influencers.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing, social media, and digital trends.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build good relationships with influencers and clients.
- Experience using campaign management and analytics tools.
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision.
- Proactive, creative, and capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Willing to work outside regular office hours and on holidays.
