Job Description
- Source, recruit, and onboard potential creators/KOLs to join the agency and live streaming ecosystem.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators to ensure long-term cooperation and retention.
- Act as the main point of contact between creators and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
- Provide guidance and support to creators regarding platform policies, campaign requirements, and live streaming operations.
- Monitor creator performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Coordinate with Operations, Live Streaming, and Marketing teams to execute creator-related projects and campaigns effectively.
- Assist creators in resolving operational issues and ensure timely follow-up on their needs and concerns.
- Identify and approach potential creator communities, networks, and talent sources for recruitment expansion.
- Stay updated on industry trends, creator economy developments, and social media platform updates.
- Achieve recruitment, retention, and creator performance targets set by the company.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Creator Management, Talent Acquisition, KOL Management, Partnership, Account Executive, or related roles.
- Experienced in recruiting, managing, or maintaining relationships with creators, influencers, or talents.
- Good understanding of the creator live streaming industry, and social media platforms.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple creator accounts simultaneously.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with TikTok Live, Shopee Live, or other live streaming platforms is a plus.
- Having an existing network within creator communities or influencer ecosystems is highly preferred.
- English communication skills are preferred; Mandarin communication skills will be an advantage..
