KOL Specialist (WFO_Malang)
Help us grow Glamazing into Gen Z’s favorite beauty brand.
About the Role
You’ll be the connector between Glamazing and the voices that inspire Gen Z. As our KOL Specialist, you’ll own influencer strategy: from scouting talent to managing relationships, negotiating deals, and ensuring KOL activations truly move the needle. You’ll make sure every collaboration feels authentic, aligns with our brand, and delivers results.
Responsibilities
- Identify, source, and onboard KOLs who align with our brand and target audience.
- Negotiate fees, contracts, and deliverables with KOLs and agencies.
- Develop influencer campaign strategies that drive awareness and conversion.
- Manage day-to-day communication with KOLs to ensure smooth execution.
- Track, analyze, and report KOL campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversion).
- Stay ahead of social trends and emerging creators.
Must Have
- 1–2 years experience in KOL, influencer, or partnership management.
- Strong network or knowledge of the Gen Z creator landscape.
- Skilled in negotiation, communication, and relationship management.
- Ability to translate campaign goals into clear influencer deliverables.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple collaborations.

- Experience with beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brands.
- Track record of successful influencer campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Understanding of affiliate programs or creator monetization models.
- Strong creative sense and pulse on internet culture.
