Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Proven track record of successful KOL campaigns.
- Strong networking and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
- Analytical abilities to measure campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and social media tools.
- Creativity and passion for the beauty industry.
- Adaptability to trends and influencer feedback.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives.
- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with key opinion leaders and influencers in the beauty industry (include Brand Ambassador)
- Plan and oversee KOL campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and collaboration.
- Negotiate terms and contracts with influencers to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including reach, engagement, and ROI, to optimize strategies.
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales team to align influencer efforts with brand goals.
- Stay updated on beauty industry trends and influencer marketing best practices.
