Job description for KOL Specialist at RISE Indonesia
Responsibilites
- Strategize, plan & manage paid KOL campaigns across social media from ideation to post-campaign reporting
- Research and identify potential KOLs across targeted categories.
- Evaluate and select KOLs that align with campaign objectives, budgets and brand values.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with selected KOLs.
- Coordinate with BD teams to understand campaign needs.
- Negotiate collaboration terms with KOLs and monitor campaign performances.
- Track and report on campaign effectiveness with actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Ability to actively communicate verbally & written in English is a must
- Have worked in influencer/ digital agency
- Proven experience in influencer marketing or talent management at least 2 years.
- Responsible, attention to detail, and solution oriented person and love influencer industry.
- In-depth knowledge of cross KOL categories
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with good attitude & integrity
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently or with team.
- Proven experince on handling high demand clients with tight deadlines
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
