Job description for KOL Specialist at PT Mirael Natural Indonesia
Job Description:
- Develop KOL strategies aligned with brand marketing campaigns (monthly, seasonal, and major campaigns like Twin Date).
- Recruit, select, and build relationships with 700-1000 KOL/Month, micro-influencers partners aligned with brand positioning.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and deliverables with KOL.
- Manage campaign schedules, content direction, and ensure post quality aligns with brand guidelines.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on KOL performance (engagement rate, CTR, sales conversion).
- Collaborate with marketing, brand, and creative teams to execute campaigns.
- Build a KOL database and nurture long-term relationships.
- Provide creative ideas to improve affiliate program performance and KOL exposure.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (Communications, Marketing, Management, or related field).
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in KOL/Influencer/Marketing Management (experience in the beauty industry is essential).
- Own a database of KOL, micro-influencers, and Gen Z & millennial communities.
- Digital and social media literacy (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, marketplace).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Able to manage budgets and create campaign ROI analysis reports.
- Creative, proactive, and able to work with campaign targets and deadlines.
