- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and interpret data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for tracking campaign data and reporting.
- Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Willing to work on-site in Surabaya.
