- Job Description
* Identify, recruit, and onboard TikTok creators and affiliates to promote the brand's products.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, affiliates, and agencies.
* Conduct daily outreach and negotiate collaboration opportunities with TikTok creators.
* Manage end-to-end affiliate campaigns, including product seeding, campaign briefs, content schedules, and follow-ups.
* Monitor creator performance, including GMV, orders, content output, live sessions, and conversion rates.
* Develop strategies to increase the number of active affiliates and drive sales through TikTok Shop Affiliate.
* Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.
* Collaborate closely with the Live Commerce, Marketing, and Operations teams to optimize campaign results.
* Stay up to date with TikTok trends, creator insights, and affiliate marketing strategies.
- Requirements
* Fluent in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
* Experience in KOL Management, TikTok Affiliate, Creator Partnership, or Influencer Marketing is preferred.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Familiar with TikTok Shop, TikTok Affiliate Center, and creator collaboration workflows.
* Able to recruit and manage multiple creators simultaneously.
* Data-driven with the ability to analyze affiliate performance and campaign results.
* Proactive, organized, and target-oriented.
* Able to work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
- Preferred Qualifications
* Existing network of TikTok creators, affiliates, or MCNs is a strong advantage.
* Experience working with TikTok Shop brands or e-commerce companies.
* Proficient in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel for campaign tracking and reporting.
* Passionate about social media, content trends, and creator economy.
