Job description for KOL Specialist Team Leader (Malaysia Market) at PT ME TOO INTERNATIONAL
What You'll Do：
- Lead and mentor the KOL team to achieve business and campaign targets.
- Develop and execute KOL & influencer marketing strategies for the Malaysia market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Malaysian KOLs, agencies, and creators.
- Oversee end-to-end influencer campaigns, from sourcing and negotiation to execution and reporting.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data-driven insights.
- Stay updated with Malaysia's social media trends, especially TikTok, Instagram, and other emerging platforms.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Branding, and E-commerce teams to maximize campaign performance.
Requirements：
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the Malaysia influencer landscape and digital trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing campaign KPIs, budgets, and performance reports.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is a strong advantage.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
