We're looking for a highly organized and enthusiastic KOL Specialist Intern who is passionate about social media, influencers, and digital marketing. If you enjoy discovering creators, analyzing trends, and coordinating campaigns, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify influencers/KOLs across various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Build and maintain a database of creators based on categories, demographics, and campaign objectives.
- Assist in reaching out to creators for campaign opportunities.
- Coordinate with creators regarding campaign timelines, deliverables, and content requirements.
- Monitor campaign progress and ensure creators deliver content according to the agreed timeline.
- Collect campaign insights and prepare performance reports.
- Support negotiations, administrative documentation, and campaign tracking.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, creator economy, and influencer landscape.
Requirements:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate from any major (Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Business, or related fields are preferred).
- Passionate about social media, influencer marketing, and digital trends.
- Active user of platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel).
- Fast learner with a proactive attitude.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Available for a full-time internship.
- Willing to work on-site in Bandung.
