Job description for KOL Specialist Internship (PAID) at PT PMY Trada Indonesia
Key Responsibilities :
1. Research, identify, and shortlist potential KOLs and influencers across TikTok.
2. Assist in reaching out to influencers and maintaining good communication throughout collaborations.
3. Support the execution of KOL campaigns, including product seeding, briefing, content follow up, and campaign tracking.
4. Maintain and update the influencer database, including contact information, campaign history, and performance records.
5. Monitor campaign performance and prepare simple reports on campaign results.
6. Conduct market and competitor research to identify new influencer trends and opportunities.
7. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly and on schedule.
8. Assist with other influencer marketing and administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements :
1. Final year student or fresh graduate from Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
2. Passionate about social media, especially TikTok.
3. Familiar with influencer/KOL marketing and current digital trends.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Detail oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
6. Creative, proactive, and eager to learn.
7. Available for a fulltime internship (WFO Monday - Friday) in West Jakarta.
