KOL Specialist Intern

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented KOL Specialist Intern to join our team. If you are interested in fashion, beauty, influencer marketing, and social media trends, this opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities

Research and identify relevant KOLs/influencers across social media platforms.
Build and maintain KOL databases and tracking documents.
Assist in KOL outreach, coordination, and follow-ups for campaigns and events.
Support KOL shortlisting and campaign preparation.
Help manage KOL invitations, RSVPs, and event attendance.
Assist with event coordination and guest handling.
Monitor KOL deliverables and prepare post-event reports.
Support multiple projects and ensure tasks are completed on time.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree student or fresh graduate from Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or related fields.
Strong interest in fashion, beauty, influencer marketing, and social media trends.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask.
Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
Able to work both independently and in a team.
Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office is a plus.
