Job description for KOL Specialist Intern at PT Alfa Beta Cipta

KOL Specialist Intern

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify relevant KOLs/influencers
Build & maintain KOL database
Develop KOL strategy based on campaign objectives
Execute KOL outreach alongside campaign and event coordination
Prepare campaign reports and performance tracking
Manage multiple projects and ensure timely execution

Qualifications

Minimum 1 years of experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing.
Strong understanding of social media trends and influencer landscape, specifically within the lifestyle, beauty, and fashion industries.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Excellent knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, and other similar platforms.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
