Job description for KOL Specialist Intern at PT Digital Dibimbing Indonesia

Job Description

Research & identify potential KOLs based on target audience
Conduct KOL screening (engagement, content relevance, brand fit)
Coordinate content briefing, timeline, and deliverables
Maintain good relationships with KOLs & creators
Support offline KOL activities (events, campus visits, workshops)
Collaborate with Social Media, Creative, & Growth team
Create weekly/monthly reports & campaign insights

Requirements

Active student semester 7–8
Familiar with TikTok & Instagram KOL ecosystem
Up-to-date with trends & viral topics
Interested in influencer marketing & social media
Communicative, extroverted, detail-oriented, and organized
Able to handle multiple communications & fast response
Familiar with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) is a plus
