Job description for KOL Specialist (Freelance) at Mitra Generasi Digital
As a Freelance KOL Specialist, you will support the execution of influencer/KOL campaigns on a project or retainer basis. This role focuses on operational excellence, timely delivery, and achieving campaign targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and shortlist relevant KOLs/influencers based on campaign needs
- Conduct outreach, negotiation, and coordination with KOLs
- Execute campaigns based on provided briefs and timelines
- Ensure deliverables from KOLs meet agreed requirements and deadlines
- Track and report campaign performance (basic metrics: reach, engagement, etc.)
- Maintain communication with the internal team for updates and issue handling
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing (freelance or project-based is welcome)
- Strong network of KOLs is highly preferred
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong execution skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Able to develop effective KOL/Affiliator strategies based on client goals
- Detail-oriented and responsive
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Technical Skills:
- Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Understand Shopee Affiliate & TikTok Affiliate systems and workflows
- Basic understanding of campaign tracking and reporting
- Comfortable using communication & project tools (Google Sheets, WhatsApp, etc.)
