Job description for KOL Specialist (Footwear/ Fashion) at Jay Ecommerce Indonesia

PT Gogo Ecommerce Indonesia (HAPIGOGO Indonesia) is currently looking for a passionate and driven Business Development – KOL Specialist to join our growing team.

If you have strong networking skills, understand the influencer/KOL landscape, and have experience in live streaming campaigns — we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, source, and approach suitable KOLs / influencers for shoe and fashion campaigns

• Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, agencies, and talent managers

• Negotiate collaboration terms, rates, and campaign deliverables

• Coordinate KOL live streaming schedules and promotional activities

• Monitor campaign performance, engagement, and sales conversion from live sessions

• Analyze market trends and competitor KOL strategies

• Work closely with marketing and live commerce teams to achieve sales targets

Qualifications:

• Experience in KOL Specialist in shoes brand min 1 year (current company/ previous company/ MCN handle brand shoes)

• Strong knowledge of TikTok Live, Shopee Live.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong network of KOLs/influencers is a plus

• Target-oriented and data-driven mindset

• Experience in fashion, footwear only will be proceed
