Requirements :
- Marketing, Public Relation, Communications, or any relevant majors.
- Experience in copywriting, social media, content strategy, or content planning will be a plus.
- Interest in the beauty and personal care industry.
- A personal passion for content creation on Instagram and TikTok.
- Experience as KOL Strategic or Strategic Campaign.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic influencer marketing campaigns, including proposal creation, ideation, and data research.
- Analyze post-campaign performance and present insights to the brand team.
- Collaborate with the Brand team to conceptualize influencer activations and identify new social channels.
- Stay uptaded on trends and manage multiple project in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to present and tell completing stories concisely.
