Job description for KOL Specialist ((English / Mandarin Speaker) at Mars CoolPlay
We are looking for a communicative, creative, and highly motivated KOL Specialist who is fluent in English or Mandarin to join our team. This position will be responsible for managing collaborations with influencers/KOLs, executing influencer marketing campaigns, and building strong relationships with content creators to support brand growth.
Qualifications :
- At least 1 year of experience as a KOL Specialist, Influencer Marketing Specialist, or related field.
- Mandatory to be fluent in either English or Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and e-commerce affiliate platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under targets and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills for campaign performance evaluation.
- Proactive, creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Having a database or network of influencers/KOLs is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience handling overseas markets.
- Familiar with TikTok Live and live commerce.
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools.
