Responsibilities
Develop and manage KOL content partnerships in the Indonesian market, building a localized influencer ecosystem that aligns with the brand's content and creative direction.
Lead end-to-end KOL campaign execution, with a strong focus on content scripting, creative briefing, content QC, and performance tracking to ensure deliverables meet brand standards.
Design and implement content-driven KOL strategies tailored to the Indonesian market, including campaign messaging, content formats, and storytelling approaches.
Build and maintain a KOL database with detailed content capability profiles (e.g., content style, audience fit, past performance) to support efficient and high-quality creator matching.
Review and approve KOL content (scripts, drafts, final posts) to ensure alignment with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and local cultural sensitivities.
Monitor content performance metrics (views, engagement, CTR, conversion), extract key learnings, and continuously optimize briefing processes and content quality.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in KOL marketing, content marketing, or digital marketing, with hands-on experience in content scripting, briefing, and QC.
Strong understanding of the Indonesian social media landscape (especially TikTok and Instagram), including content trends, platform algorithms, and audience behaviors.
Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for content quality — able to assess scripts, visuals, and messaging against brand tone and campaign goals.
Strong communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate creative direction to KOLs and internal stakeholders.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in English as a working language.
