Job Description :
- Develop and execute KOL marketing strategies in line with brand objectives.
- Identify, recruit, and build relationships with relevant KOLs/influencers across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Negotiate contracts and manage collaboration terms with influencers and agencies.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing detailed reports and improvement plans.
- Ensure timely and efficient execution of KOL campaigns across all markets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, product) to align influencer content with brand messaging.
- Stay updated with influencer trends, platforms, and best practices to bring innovation to campaigns.
Job Requirement :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Must be proficient in English (spoken and written).
- Minimum 1 years of experience in influencer/KOL marketing.
- Having experience in Indonesia's local beauty, personal care, or FMCG industries.
- Familiar with models on major Indonesian e-commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop, and possessing a keen insight into TikTok content trends and local market hot topics.
- Proven track record in managing successful influencer campaigns is a strong advantage.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with influencer databases, platforms, and analytics tools.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Willing to work-on site (WFO) in Cengkareng, Jakarta Barat.
