Responsibilities
- Manage relationships and day-to-day communication with high-profile creators/KOLs.
- Act as the main point of contact for key creators.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators.
- Lead campaign execution from briefing, negotiation, and coordination to completion.
- Negotiate rates, deliverables, timelines, and partnership terms.
- Lead and manage the KOL team to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Monitor creator and campaign performance and provide regular evaluations.
- Identify potential creators and opportunities for long-term partnerships.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing, Talent Management, or Agency.
- Proven experience managing large-scale/high-profile creators.
- Strong creator network and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
- Strong understanding of social media and influencer marketing trends.
