We represent our client, a growing company in the beauty and cosmetics industry, specializing in the distribution and marketing of skincare products as the official distributor of leading skincare brands in Indonesia. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end KOL campaigns, primarily on Instagram, while supporting other social media platforms
- Develop and execute KOL strategies aligned with brand objectives and campaign goals
- Supervise, mentor, and develop the KOL and Content Creator teams
- Review KOL selection, content direction, and campaign deliverables to ensure brand consistency
- Collaborate with the Creative and Content teams to produce engaging, high-performing content
- Manage KOL negotiations, budgets, contracts, and long-term partnerships
- Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithms, and influencer marketing best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing, preferably within the beauty industry
- Proven experience leading or mentoring a team
- Strong network of KOLs and influencers, especially on Instagram
- Strong understanding of social media trends, content strategy, and campaign performance analysis
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, project management, and communication skills
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both spoken and written
- Able to manage multiple projects and work effectively under tight deadlines
