KOL Lead

Job Description

• Leading and mentoring the KOL team, fostering a collaborative environment that encouraages innovation and professional gorwth
• Develop and execute comprehensive KOL engagement strategies aligned with the brand’s vision and market trends.
• Identify, recruit, and maintain strong partnerships with top-tier KOLs, influencers, and beauty experts, ensuring alignment with brand values and objectives.
• Lead the design, execution, and optimization of KOL-driven marketing campaigns, ensuring high-quality content and engagement metrics are met.
• Analyze campaign effectiveness and KOL performance, providing strategic insights and actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Work closely with marketing, product development, and sales teams to integrate KOL strategies across all brand initiatives.
• Manage the KOL marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact and ROI.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, showcasing the impact of KOL initiatives on brand growth and market presence.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or a related field
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing, with at least 1 - 2 years in a leadership or managerial roles
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Strong ability to develop and execute effective KOL engagement strategies aligned with brand objectives and market trends.
• Experience in identifying, recruiting, and maintaining strong partnerships with top-tier KOLs, influencers, and agencies.
• Hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing influencer-driven campaigns, ensuring high-quality content and engagement.
• Aability to analyze campaign effectiveness and KOL performance, translating insights into actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration, budget management, reporting, social media strategy, adaptability in a fast-paced and strong passion for the beauty industry.
