Job description for KOL Internship at Flux Creative Universe
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and researching relevant KOLs, influencers, content creators, and communities across various social media platforms.
- Support influencer outreach and communication for campaign collaborations.
- Maintain and update influencer databases, contact lists, and campaign trackers.
- Assist in coordinating campaign execution, timelines, deliverables, and approvals.
- Monitor influencer content to ensure compliance with campaign briefs and brand guidelines.
- Support campaign reporting by collecting performance data, engagement metrics, and campaign results.
- Conduct competitor and industry research to identify emerging influencer trends and opportunities.
- Support manage relationships with influencers and ensure smooth communication throughout campaigns.
- Assist in preparing campaign proposals, influencer recommendations, and client presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Account Management, Creative, and Strategy to support campaign execution.
Qualifications:
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Strong interest in social media, influencer marketing, and digital trends.
- Familiar with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Previous internship, campus organization, or influencer marketing experience is a plus.
