Job description for KOL Intern at Bonvie Hair - PT Kreasi Semangat Muda
We are looking for a highly motivated KOL Intern who is passionate about social media, beauty trends, and influencer marketing. In this role, you will work closely with the team to manage creator outreach, affiliate recruitment, and campaign coordination across TikTok, Instagram, and Shopee.
Responsibilities
- Listing and approaching beauty, lifestyle, and medical creators on TikTok, Instagram, and Shopee
- Recruit new creators to join TikTok & Shopee affiliate programs
- Coordinate and manage product shipments for creators
- Communicate campaign brief, product knowledge, and posting schedules clearly to creators
- Update tracking sheets daily to monitor GMV and content performance for monthly reporting
Requirements
- Final year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Active user of TikTok & Instagram with strong understanding of current trends and local creators
- Familiar with beauty, lifestyle, and social media trends
- Interested in influencer marketing and affiliate programs
- Basic knowledge or willingness to learn TikTok Affiliate Center & Shopee Affiliate Program
- Proficient in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting
- Good communication skills and confident in conducting creator outreach
- Organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in beauty, personal care, or haircare industry is a plus
