Job description for KOL Intern at PT Seven Retail Group
Job Description:
- Assist in identifying potential KOLs and influencers who align with the brand’s values and target demographics.
- Help coordinate KOL campaign including scheduling content posts, tracking deliverables, and ensuring influencers adhere to campaign timelines.
- Review KOL content submissions, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and message consistency before the KOL Specialist’s final review.
- Track and gather campaign performance data (engagement, reach, impressions, etc.) for ongoing influencer collaborations
- Communicate with KOLs for basic queries and confirmations, ensuring seamless support and collaboration throughout each campaign
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field, with a strong interest in the beauty and wellness industry.
- Familiarity with KOL or influencer marketing from prior internship experience is an advantage, especially within beauty, wellness, or lifestyle sectors.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for effectively managing campaign elements.
- Strong communication skills for clear, professional interaction with influencers and team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (e.g., Google Sheets, Docs) for documentation and reporting.
