Job description for KOL Coordinator Intern at PT. Kaya Global Network

Responsibilities:

Maintain talent master databases, rate cards, tax setups, and agreement files.
Onboard roster talent, communicate brand guidelines, and track production calendars.
Manage product inventory, perform content QC, process payments, and scout new talent.
Track campaign ROI (Views, GMV, ROAS) and build monthly talent scorecards.
Support the KOL Coordinator / Talent Manager Team needs.

Qualifications:

Student or recent graduate with no active classes (Majoring in Business, Marketing, PR, or related fields).
Willing to commit to a 6-month full internship.
Excellent administration, organizational, and spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets/Excel).
Strong interpersonal skills for maintaining ongoing talent relationships.
