Company Description
Compawnion is Indonesia's leading fresh dog food company driven by love and science. With our goal to change the landscape of the pet food industry, we would like to partner with you as KOL & Influencer Specialist in this movement.
Qualification
- Identify, vet, and recruit the right Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and nano/micro-influencers that align with the brand indentity
- Act as the main point of contact to build, nurture, and maintain long-terms relationships with KOLs, talent agencies, and community members
- Brief KOLs on product messaging, manage product seeding logistics, and ensure content deliverables are met on time
- Manage and grow brand core consumer community through interactive initiatives, discussion moderation, and exclusive perks
- Track and analyze campaign metrics (engagement, reach, CPV, ROI) to evaluate KOL effectiveness and optimize future budgets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in KOL management, influencer marketing, or community management, fresh graduates are welcome
- Deep understanding of influencer landscapes across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Ability to utilize analytics tools and accurately measure campaign performance
- Strong social skills, empathy, and a collaborative approach to handling diverse personalities

The salary range for this position is from IDR 7 - 8 million.
