Job description for KOL & Influencer Koordinator at PT. FILM LEAP DIGITAL
Position Responsibilities
KOL/Influencer Resource Development
Align with the company’s product and promotion plan to search suitable TikTok influencers, and build the brand influencer database.
Proactively discover and establish connections with high-potential TikTok creators.
Business Collaboration Execution
Lead commercial negotiations with influencers under company policies, covering commission rates, collaboration models (short video promotions/live streaming sales), and performance targets to drive partnership execution.
Coordinate end-to-end processes, including product sampling, video creative discussions, and data feedback, ensuring content aligns with brand image.
Data Analysis & Optimization
Monitor collaboration metrics (view counts, GMV, conversion rates), conduct regular reviews, and refine influencer selection criteria and collaboration strategies.
Research Indonesian market trends and competitor dynamics, proposing iterative content optimizations to boost brand exposure and sales conversion.
Influencer Relationship Management
Maintain close relationships with influencers and ensuring smooth communication
Qulifications:
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or above; preference for candidates with degrees in Marketing, International Business, or related fields.
Strong familiarity with TikTok platform dynamics and influencer marketing mechanisms.
Experience & Skills
1+ years of experience in TikTok/social media business development, with in-depth knowledge of Indonesia’s influencer ecosystem and content-driven e-commerce strategies. Candidates with proven success in sales-driven collaborations are preferred.
Strong negotiation skills, data analysis capabilities, and cross-cultural communication expertise to build trust with influencers efficiently.
Soft Skills
Passion for photography/tech products
Fluent in English is preferred.
