About the Role

As a KOL & Community Specialist at PT. Paradiso Gemintang Anugerah, you will play a key role in building and managing relationships with influencers, creators, and brand communities to strengthen the company’s brand presence and engagement. This full-time position, based in South Jakarta, is responsible for executing impactful KOL collaborations, developing active communities both online and offline, and supporting marketing campaigns through strategic partnerships and audience engagement initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Identify, approach, and onboard relevant KOLs (micro to macro influencers) aligned with brand positioning

•⁠ ⁠Manage and maintain a structured KOL database, including performance tracking, contact details, and collaboration history

•⁠ ⁠Execute end-to-end KOL collaborations: outreach, negotiation, briefing, content coordination, and reporting

•⁠ ⁠Build and nurture long-term relationships with KOLs, creators, and community partners

•⁠ ⁠Develop and grow brand communities both online and offline through activations, events, and engagement initiatives

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure campaign alignment and impactful storytelling

•⁠ ⁠Monitor KOL performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and optimize future campaigns

•⁠ ⁠Stay updated on social media trends, emerging creators, and community behavior

•⁠ ⁠Achieve monthly and quarterly targets related to KOL partnerships and community growth

Qualifications

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 2 years of experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing, Community Management, or related roles

•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and influencer landscape

•⁠ ⁠Experienced in managing KOL databases or CRM tools is a strong advantage

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

•⁠ ⁠Creative thinker with strong sense of trends, content, and audience engagement

•⁠ ⁠Able to manage multiple projects and timelines efficiently

•⁠ ⁠Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

⁠•⁠ ⁠Own and optimize a high-quality KOL database (Micro/Macro)
