Job description for KOL & Community Experience at Sagensie Corporation

Job Purpose:

Responsible for creating the best possible experience for Sagedemy events through responsive service, effective communication, and managing interactions with participants at every stage of the program, as well as posting all Sagedemy content across all platforms. Additionally, this role involves building and maintaining long-term relationships with KOLs, in accordance with the needs of Sagensie clients and prospective speakers, to support the development of future Sagedemy programs.

Qualifications:

  • Active student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience or internship background in KOL/Influencer Management is a plus.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to multitask, work independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Sagedemy participants before, during, and after the program.
  • Respond to participants’ questions via WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, X, and other communication channels promptly and professionally.
  • Handle participant complaints, issues, and needs until they are fully resolved (end-to-end complaint handling).
  • Send reminders, notifications, and important information regarding schedules, locations, certificates, materials, and other operational needs.
  • Build positive relationships with participants to increase satisfaction and loyalty toward Sagedemy.
  • Collect participant feedback to evaluate and improve service quality.
  • Manage the participant database and communication history in an organized and structured manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams when operational issues arise that require follow-up.
  • Schedule and publish approved content across all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Threads, X, LinkedIn, and others).
  • Respond to comments and direct messages on all Sagedemy social media accounts.
  • Conduct research and source KOLs and industry practitioners relevant to Sagedemy’s programs or Sagensie’s clients.
  • Manage and update the database of KOLs, creators, and speakers.

Work Location:

Pondok Pinang, Kebayoran Lama (Hybrid/WFO)

Internship Duration:

6 months
