Job description for KOL & Affiliate at PT LAURELTON GLOBAL VIRYA
We are looking for a commercially driven Senior KOL & Affiliate Specialist to own and scale Laurelton’s affiliate and creator partnership programs on Shopee & TikTok. You will take full ownership of recruiting, activating, and managing creators to directly drive affiliate GMV growth.
Job Scope (Key Responsibilities)
- Recruitment & Outreach: Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with relevant KOLs, creators, and affiliates on Shopee and TikTok.
- Campaign & Deal Management: Set commission structures, handle agreement terms, manage product seeding, and provide clear content briefs.
- Activation & Execution: Follow up with partners to ensure timely posting, continuous activity, and aligned content execution.
- Performance & Scaling: Track affiliate GMV and sales data, optimize partner performance, and scale high-performing creator relationships.
Job Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience managing Shopee Affiliate and TikTok Affiliate programs (background in Fashion, Activewear, or Retail is highly preferred).
- Track Record: Demonstrated history of contributing directly to affiliate sales and GMV growth.
- Core Skills: Strong creator selection, negotiation, outreach, and partner relationship management skills.
- Work Style: Commercially driven, proactive, persuasive, persistent, and accountable.
- Willing to work in Laurelton Head Office, Gading Serpong - Tangerang
