Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in KOL/Affiliate Marketing, preferably in the Beauty industry.
Previous experience in supervising or leading a KOL/Affiliate Marketing team.
Strong understanding of KOL/Affiliate Marketing strategies, campaign planning, and performance evaluation.
Experienced in handling KOL & Affiliate across social media platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram.
Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and relationship management skills.
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze campaign and KOL performance.
Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
Quick to adapt to new social media platforms, tools, and digital trends.
Actively follows current trends in social media, beauty, lifestyle, and the entertainment industry.
Willing to work according to business needs, including weekends and public holidays.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the KOL & Affiliate team.
Set and monitor daily targets and ensure the team achieves its objectives.
Source and identify potential KOLs, Influencers, and Affiliates through social media and other relevant platforms.
Oversee the team's outreach and communication with KOLs, Influencers, and Affiliates.
Negotiate collaboration terms, rates, commissions, and other requirements with KOLs/ Affiliates when needed.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with KOLs, Influencers, and Affiliates.
Monitor the team's daily progress, including outreach, responses, follow-ups, and successful collaborations.
Review and evaluate the performance of team members and provide guidance or solutions when needed.
Help the team identify suitable KOLs/Affiliates based on product requirements and target audience.
Handle and resolve issues related to KOL/Affiliate communication and collaboration.
Maintain and update KOL/Affiliate databases and ensure relevant information is properly recorded.
Stay updated on social media trends and identify potential KOLs, Influencers, and Affiliates.
Coordinate with related tems to ensure KOL/Affiliate activities run smoothly.
Prepare regular reports regarding team performance, KOL/Affiliate sourcing, and collaboration results.
