Job description for KOL & Affiliate Supervisor at Antarestar
What You'll Do
- Develop monthly and quarterly affiliate/KOL strategies aligned with GMV and ROAS targets
- Source, select, and onboard new affiliates/KOLs/KOCs that fit the Antarestar brand
- Monitor and evaluate affiliate/KOL performance (content, engagement, sales conversion)
- Negotiate commission schemes, fees, and partnership terms with KOLs/KOCs and agencies
- Coordinate with the Ads and Content teams to align affiliate campaigns with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and marketplace campaigns
- Track and analyze performance data (GMV, ROAS, active affiliates, conversion rate) and report regularly to management
- Lead, coach, and manage the performance of the Affiliate Officer/Staff team
- Ensure all partnerships comply with company and platform policies (Shopee Affiliate Program, TikTok Shop Affiliate, etc.)
- Spot trends, competitor moves, and new opportunities in the affiliate ecosystem
- Manage the affiliate program budget efficiently against ROAS targets
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in any major (Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer/KOL management, or e-commerce digital marketing
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory/team lead role
- Hands-on experience managing affiliate programs on TikTok Shop, Shopee, Tokopedia, and/or Lazada
- Solid understanding of KOL/KOC ecosystems and affiliate metrics (GMV, ROAS)
- Familiar with affiliate platform tools/dashboards (Shopee Affiliate Center, TikTok Shop Seller Center/Affiliate, etc.)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills for partnering with KOLs/KOCs and agencies
- Comfortable with data analysis (Excel/Spreadsheet); Meta Ads & Google Ads experience is a plus
- Proven leadership skills can manage and develop a team
- Target-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working under tight deadlines
- An existing network of KOLs/KOCs or affiliate agencies is a big plus
