Job description for KOL & Affiliate Specialist at SKINMURCH
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the operation performance of key users and improvement of contents.
- Do analysis & give suggestion in order to choose the right influencers/KOL.
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies.
- Maintain a good relationship with KOL/influencers.
- Brainstorm with the marketing team on how to increase the marketing engagement by collaborating with certain KOL/Influencers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and consumer behavior to keep the brand relevant and ahead of the curve
- Collaborate with KOLs, creators, and partners to build impactful brand moments
- Analyze campaign performance and generate insights to optimize future strategiest
- Responsible for managing and optimizing affiliate program performance across e-commerce and social commerce platforms.
- Recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with affiliate creators and communities.
- Monitor affiliate sales performance and provide recommendations to improve GMV and conversion.
Requirements:
- Min. 1 years experience as KOL Specialist.
- Have KOL & Affiliate databases (micro, mid-tier, macro & mega) and have a good relationship with KOLs/Celebrities.
- Expert in making KOL briefs.
- Have the experience to handle KOL for beauty.
